Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you order. We are unable to take responsibility if this address has been provided incorrectly, so please check the address you have entered carefully. Costs which are incurred due to incorrect delivery address information may be passed on to you. We shall not be liable for delays which are caused due to an incorrect delivery address. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or extremely busy periods, can unfortunately delay the delivery date. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience you may be caused due to the delay.
Once you have placed your order with display., we aim to dispatch it within 1 working day from the day the order is placed.
Parcels will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days (including Saturdays). You will receive a dispatch email, which will include your tracking number, so you can track your parcel until the point of delivery.
Should you not accept the delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office depot and it will be your responsibility to arrange a redelivery (no extra charge) or arrange a collection. Please ensure you make arrangements to receive your parcel from Royal Mail within 2 weeks or your order will be returned back to us.
