The Display Homeware website and all products provided are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you read the terms set out below carefully, as you are engaging in an agreement to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions by continuing to use our Site or by purchasing an item from us. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are customers, browsers, vendors, merchants and contributors of content. 

We endeavour to display all our products as accurately as we possibly can, however, please take into account that the material used to produce our products can make it difficult to recreate exact replicas. Our photos may not be to scale so always ensure to carefully read the measurements on the product description prior to purchasing. While we endeavour to reproduce colours as accurately as we possibly can, we are unable to guarantee that your device screen’s display of colours will be accurate, so please be aware of this prior to purchasing. All of our products are handmade and, therefore, each individual piece is unique and variations will occur so please be aware of this prior to purchasing.

Products

All of our products sold are individually hand made and are subject to return or exchange as set our in our Returns Policy. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product that we offer. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. All descriptions and pricing of products are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to remove any offers on products or discount codes on the Site at any time without prior notice. We do not warrant that the quality of any products acquired by you will meet your expectations.  

Orders

When an order is placed through our website, you will receive a confirmation of purchase email to confirm that we have received your order. When we accept the order via the confirmation of purchase email, a legally binding contract is generated between us. Please make sure that you keep a copy of the confirmation of purchase email, as we may require you to refer to it should there be an issue with your order. All orders are subject to product availability and a confirmation of purchase email. In the case of an item being out of stock, we will contact you as quickly as possible with our wait times to ensure you wish to continue with your order. You agree to provide current, correct and complete account and other information when purchasing from our website.

Payments

Display Homeware accepts payments from all major debit cards, credit cards and payments via PayPal. Prior to the order being despatched, payment will be debited from your account. In the unlikely event that your account has been debited but you have not received a confirmation of purchase email, please contact us via email and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Debit/credit card holders are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If your card is declined, the order will not be accepted and you will not receive a confirmation of purchase email. In the case of a card refusal/decline, we will not be responsible for non-delivery.

All our prices are in GBP (£). 

Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without prior notice and we will not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change, modification or discontinuation of a product.
